Rates

The one rate of $1800.00 for 6 or 7 nights or $330.00 per night (with a 3 night minimum stay) is applicable for all seasons.

A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of enquiry to confirm your booking. The balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date to maintain the booking. Last minute bookings can usually be accommodated.

Please note: New pricing for all 2011 bookings is as follows: $350 per night (with a 3 night minimum stay) or $1900 for 6 or 7 nights.

Upon Arrival

Arrival is after 2pm unless otherwise arranged with owners. The house will be open on your arrival and 2 keys left for you - small key for the screen door, big key for the door lock and the deadlock. One fridge will be on. If you require the 2nd fridge turn it on at the wall. You will also need to turn on the deep freeze in the laundry if you require it.

Upon Departure

Departure is by 10.00am to allow the house to be prepared for the next group of visitors. A later departure can be arranged with owner if no new guests are arriving that day.

Cleaning / Damages

A refundable security fee of $200.00 applies. Please leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it. We reserve the right to charge you for any excessive cleaning required following your stay. We accept that accidents happen. If you break a cup or plate you will not be charged - please let us know so that we can replace it for the next lot of visitors. However, careless damage will come out of your bond, and if it is extensive, will be billed to you over and above the bond amount as required.
